yep. apparently finding nemo = boris yeltsin! haha.
we had our 1st ever, whole day, teambuilding activity last Saturday, April 8. I'm so glad it finally pushed thru - this was being pushed back for sooo long! And we really needed this - the SM + DBA team combined is now *counts* 21 strong, with 2 more on the way!
We met up at 3pm for the 1st part of the teambuilding - badminton & baskbetball @ metro badminton. Poch, Joel, Krisine & I were the first ones there, so we grabbed a court and played immediately! Of course, young ones vs. young once pa rin yung hatian. hehehe. Poch + Joel vs me & Kristine. Although talo kami. hehehe. :) Come 4pm, the guys went to the basketball court and played vs uhrmm. hrmm.. well, the other 20th flr basketball playing peeps (dex & the others). Apparently the China vs. RP/"young once" vs "young ones" tournament didn't push thru due to lack of players, so they invited other people to the game. Sina fred, panay yung sub, yung kabilang team nde! hehehehe. :) Wala sa condisyon ang mga tao. =P
After that, we had dinner @ Misato at Metrowalk. Jay-jay had to go to the province, so he didn't join us for dinner. But Steve & Joyce did! And the dinner turned into an instant birthday libre. hehe. :) Si Mark, nanlibre ng 1k, tapos pinaghatian na namin nina Kristine & Joyce yung remaining amount. The waiters brought us ice cream with a candle in the middle kasi narinig nila na merong may birthday, tapos hirit kami nina Kristine & Joyce "e tatlo kaming may birthday eh!" =P The waiters were shocked! We all laughed and said, "nde, ok lang. salamat!"

Part 3 - Poker + Videoke session @ Mike's house! Joel was supposed to bring the magic sing, but he told me that he won't be joining us for the "3rd part" of the teambuilding activity. Luckily, Josie was able to borrow one from her tita. (yey josie!) Nikki was the big winner in the poker tournament - the other players were mike c., rockie, fred & eric. Steve, Joyce & Arvil left early - ay hinde, mga 12mn na rin pala sila umalis! =) Kristine, Poch, Mike d., Josie & I were playing pusoy dos and singing at the same time. hehe. Nathan was shuffling back & forth the poker tournament & the videoke. =P
After playing pusoy dos & poker, we played taboo! :D Shempre, battle of the sexes. (hahaha). Si Mike C, Mike D, Rockie & Nathan, tapos si Poch, Nikki, Josie, Kristine & ako. Scores:
1st game : Guys won
2nd game : Girls won!
Sooo.. tie na! We played a sudden death match - best man in, tapos purple cards. We chose Nikki and they chose Rockie to be the ones to be "it". We got 5, they got 3 (3 nga ba? o 2?). yey yey yey! Hrmmm.. ano nga ba talaga consequence natin sa kanila, ha?
Things I learned from playing taboo:
Finding Nemo = Boris Yeltsin
- Kasi namaaann.. "person! first name is the character in finding nemo!" (may boris ba sa finding nemo?) hehehehe.
Critical Ticket = PICNIC
- Nathan: "uhrmmmmm. What we do when we have a critical ticket!" Yun pala, "PANIC" yung una nyang tingin! hahaha. Kaya ngayon, alam na namin kung ano ginagawa ni nathan pag may critical. hehehe. (lagot ka kay mader nikki!)
Napoleon Bonaparte!
- "aaahhh.. Famous person in history! aaah.. ahhh.." Mike D: "Napoleon Bonaparte!" aahahahahahaha
